Photo Converter & Compressor does not have accounts and does not have a server. Your photos are converted, compressed and edited on your iPhone. We never receive them.
The short version: your photos, file names and photo details (such as location) never leave your device because of this app. The free version shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob, which receives device and ad-interaction data to show and measure those ads. Pro has no ads. If the app crashes or hits an error, an anonymous crash report is sent so we can fix it. No sign-in, no analytics, no data sold by us.
Your photos
- Choosing photos. You pick images with the iOS photo picker or the Files picker. The app only receives the images you pick; it never reads your whole photo library.
- Processing. Converting, compressing, resizing, cropping, removing metadata and making PDFs all happen on your device. Image contents, file names, file paths and metadata are never sent to us, to advertisers or to anyone else by the app.
- Saving. Results are saved as new files; your originals are never changed. The first time you save to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add photos only.
- Working copies and history. The app keeps temporary working copies in its own storage on your device (removed after about 24 hours or with Settings ▸ Clear temporary files) and a local history of recent results, until you clear it or delete the app.
Photo details (location, date, camera)
Photos can contain details such as GPS location, date and camera model.
- Convert keeps these details so photos stay at the right date and place in your library.
- Remove Metadata removes all of them, including location.
- Compress, Resize and Crop follow your setting in the app; by default they remove them.
- The photo details screen can show a photo's GPS coordinates. Only if you tap Show in Apple Maps are those coordinates passed to the Apple Maps app.
If you share a converted photo, its details (including location) go with it. Use Remove Metadata first if you don't want that.
Stored on your device
Settings, language, saved presets, how many free photos you used today and your last confirmed Pro status are stored on your device only. Progress of a running job can appear on your Lock Screen (Live Activity); it shows only the tool name and counts, never file names. Shortcuts actions only open the app.
Internet
The app works on your device. On the free plan it checks whether your device is online before starting, because ads need a connection. This check uses iOS's network status and sends nothing about you or your photos.
Ads in the free version
The free version shows a short rewarded video ad before you save a result, provided by Google AdMob. If no ad is available, you can still save. Pro subscribers never see ads.
To show and measure ads, Google receives information such as your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, app version and how you interact with the ads. The app does not ask to track you (no App Tracking Transparency prompt) and does not use your device's advertising identifier for tracking. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first and can change your choice in the app's Settings ▸ Ad privacy choices.
How Google handles this data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Your photos are never shared with Google or any ad network.
Crash reports
When the app crashes or runs into an unexpected error, it sends a crash report to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), the service we use to find and fix bugs. A report contains the technical error and where in the code it happened, the app version, the device model, the iOS version and similar technical details. It never contains your photos, file names, file paths or photo details, and it is not linked to you or used for advertising or tracking. Reports are deleted after Sentry's retention period. Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. Subscription status is checked through our subscription provider, RevenueCat, which receives the App Store purchase information and a random anonymous identifier. It is not used for advertising or tracking and is not linked to your name or email. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- No user accounts and no sign-in.
- No uploading, viewing or storing of your photos on our servers.
- No analytics, and crash reports contain no photos, file names or personal data.
- No ads and no ad data for Pro subscribers.
- No selling of personal data by us.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your control
Clear history and temporary files in the app's Settings, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Photo permission can be changed in iOS Settings ▸ Photo Converter & Compressor. Ad consent can be changed in the app's Settings ▸ Ad privacy choices where it applies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

Fotoğraf Dönüştür ve Sıkıştır uygulamasında hesap yoktur ve sunucumuz yoktur. Fotoğraflarınız iPhone'unuzda dönüştürülür, sıkıştırılır ve düzenlenir. Bunlar bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Kısacası: fotoğraflarınız, dosya adlarınız ve fotoğraf bilgileriniz (konum gibi) bu uygulama yüzünden cihazınızdan çıkmaz. - İşleme. Dönüştürme, sıkıştırma, boyutlandırma, kırpma, meta veri silme ve PDF oluşturma tamamen cihazınızda yapılır. Görsel içerikleri, dosya adları, dosya yolları ve meta veriler uygulama tarafından bize, reklamcılara veya başka hiç kimseye gönderilmez.
- Kaydetme. Sonuçlar yeni dosya olarak kaydedilir; orijinalleriniz asla değiştirilmez. Fotoğraflar'a ilk kaydedişinizde iOS yalnızca fotoğraf ekleme izni ister.
- Çalışma kopyaları ve geçmiş. Uygulama geçici çalışma kopyalarını cihazdaki kendi alanında tutar (yaklaşık 24 saat sonra ya da Ayarlar ▸ Geçici dosyaları temizle ile silinir); son sonuçların yerel geçmişi siz temizleyene veya uygulamayı silene kadar kalır.
Fotoğraf bilgileri (konum, tarih, kamera)
Fotoğraflar GPS konumu, tarih ve kamera modeli gibi bilgiler içerebilir.
- Dönüştür bu bilgileri korur; böylece fotoğraflar arşivinizde doğru tarih ve yerde kalır.
- Meta Veriyi Sil konum dâhil hepsini siler.
- Sıkıştır, Boyutlandır ve Kırp uygulamadaki ayarınıza göre çalışır; varsayılan olarak bu bilgileri siler.
- Fotoğraf ayrıntıları ekranı GPS koordinatlarını gösterebilir. Bu koordinatlar yalnızca Apple Haritalar'da göster'e dokunursanız Apple Haritalar uygulamasına aktarılır.

İnternet
Uygulama cihazınızda çalışır. Ücretsiz planda, reklamlar bağlantı gerektirdiği için işlem başlamadan önce cihazın çevrimiçi olup olmadığına bakılır. Bu kontrol iOS'un ağ durumunu kullanır; sizinle veya fotoğraflarınızla ilgili hiçbir şey göndermez.

Uygulama çöktüğünde veya beklenmeyen bir hatayla karşılaştığında, hataları bulup düzeltmek için kullandığımız Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) hizmetine bir çökme raporu gönderir. Raporda teknik hata ve kodda nerede oluştuğu, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü gibi teknik bilgiler bulunur. Raporda fotoğraflarınız, dosya adlarınız, dosya yollarınız veya fotoğraf bilgileriniz asla yer almaz; rapor sizinle ilişkilendirilmez, reklam veya izleme için kullanılmaz. Satın almalar
Abonelikler Apple tarafından yönetilir; ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
